Nendaz is the family gateway to the 4 Vallées, Switzerland's second-largest ski area with 412 km of slopes. Our two apartments match the two ways of enjoying the resort: ski-in ski-out for six, with the residence's wellness area, jacuzzi, sauna and counter-current pool; or more classic, for four, with two proper bedrooms, two bathrooms, a panoramic balcony and covered parking.

Choosing well
The apartment on Chemin de Prameirâ is a rare location: skis on and off at the door in winter, and in summer a starting point for the bisses and mountain biking. The large living room with bay window looks onto the mountains, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms host up to six guests, and the residence provides jacuzzi, sauna and counter-current pool.
The apartment on Chemin des Crêtes, on the third floor with lift, suits two couples or a family of four: two bedrooms with 180 and 160 cm double beds, two bathrooms, a bright living room and a panoramic balcony. The free covered parking makes winter arrivals easy.

Haute-Nendaz resort is the rental heart, around the Tracouet gondola, the shops and the tourist office: everything is done on foot. Siviez, at 1,730 m, is the only ski-in ski-out sector of the municipality and the crossroads of the 4 Vallées links to Tortin, Mont-Fort, Verbier and Veysonnaz.
Basse-Nendaz and the villages (Beuson, Saclentse) offer the authentic side, 15 to 20 minutes from the resort, rather for summer and long stays. To the east, the Veysonnaz border sector gives access to the Veysonnaz ski area and the Piste de l'Ours.
Nendaz is about twenty minutes by car from Sion; PostBus services link Sion station to the resort.
Winter. The 4 Vallées link Nendaz to Veysonnaz, Thyon, La Tzoumaz and Verbier, up to Mont-Fort. The Christmas and February holidays are the most requested; the ski-in ski-out apartment goes first.
Summer. Nendaz is the capital of the bisses, irrigation channels lined with easy trails, and a playground for mountain biking and hiking towards Tracouet and Lac de Cleuson. Rates are gentler and weekly stays easy to arrange.
Tourist tax. The municipal regulation in force since 1 November 2025 sets 5 francs per adult per night in zone 1, the main tourist zone, and 3 francs in zone 2; the amount applicable to your property is shown before you book.

The resort
Between 1,350 and 3,330 m, Nendaz offers a genuine village atmosphere, direct links to Tracouet and Siviez, and the largest linked ski area in Switzerland after the Portes du Soleil.
In summer, the bisses, hiking and mountain biking take over, with the views over the Rhône valley and the Bernese Alps that make the reputation of the resort's balconies.
You receive the access instructions before your stay. Check-in is possible from 5 pm and check-out is at 9 am. For an earlier arrival or a later departure, write to us from your booking: we confirm according to the cleaning schedule.
